Anybody ever worked with a megaflo before? Have got one of these to do on Friday, just got a call about it from the client wondering if he needs to get more cable for the supply as theres connections at the bottom off the megaflow (which theres already a supply to) and connections at the top which he reckons there needs to be a seperate supply to? Is this right? Bit of a novice when it comes to heating etc!

The megaflows for a normal indirect system (heated from boiler) usually have a single immersion element (non standard type) and a built in cylinder thermostat under a rectangular cover, if there`s two elements maybe thats the only one they had in stock or one special offer etc

I seem to remember that the top element would be used as a quick boost (only heating the water above it) and the lower one for heating in case of boiler failure ( heat whole cylinder). You could get away with both elements being powered from the same source as long as there is provision for only one to be used at any one time as the lower is only for emergency back-up. I could be wrong but that's what's coming back to me!
