Can anyone help?
I have had powersuite professional for a couple of years & have not had any problems printing certs, now all of a sudden when I go to print a cert it goes to download manager to prepare print then an icon comes up saying there is a problem & windows will let me know if there is a solution to fix it. I have been talking to Megger for the last 2 days & they have tried to resolve it over the phone & even sent me a new disk but still the problem persists & they don't seem to know how to fix it. I need to get this resolved ASAP as I have a client waiting for certs & I can't get paid.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Write them out by hand on NIC sheets or use some of the printable sheets on the forum? The problem almost certainly lies with your computer not the software, So possibly re-install windows or use system restore to take you back to a point where it was working.
