Can anyone help me , when put megger on IR it flashes up 115v

are you sure it's not 11.5V, on switch on? that's the battery voltage.

Nah it beeping and flashing 123v now. All combinations are ticked on screen

all combinations ticked isnt usually a good sign. on mine it means i either have reverse polarity or no earth.
try IRing a scrap bit of cable. would rule out tester issues and point to dodgy circuit

Check/replace the batteries before you write it off - poor batteries in the mft can cause all sorts of weird signs.

Ah well it new battery's in it I'm told and reading 12.2v... Since the battery's have been changed this happeningzz

Give it a spin with a further new set (not the ones lying in the back of your van)
