Megger 1720 screen protector???

Good evening all, got a megger 1720 had it bout 3 months and scratched the display screen, i was upset by this {, had a browse on the net and there isnt anything to fit over it to protect it.......so i was thinking of buying a ipad screen protector and cutting it out to fit as it were, anybody else done this? did it work ok ? or have you found a megger screen protector without messin about....all comments greatly recieved

I use this on all my instruments, cutting it to size to suit the screen:

the less use it gets n all that....
