To e mail them you have to export them to another location on PC by clicking import export certs on top of screen.

Then e mail the file this is ok so long as reciever has powersuite or powersuite reader installed on their PC.

So basically if they dont have software they cant recieve, if i lend them my disc then thay would work?

Or is there a better programme out there

Sorry didn't explain very well. They can receive ok but just can't open file with out the software.

Yes if you install software from your disc onto their PC then it will work ok.

Hi Eddielarge

As stated by ian.settle1 you will require a freeware PDF print driver installed on your computer. This can easily be obtained from the internet.
Basically the PDF driver allows you to print from Powersuite to create a PDF file which can be attached to an email instead of printing to a physical printer.

It should be mentioned that Powersuite is licensed software and should not be installed on multiple machines without additional licenses.

If you find that the file(s) is too big to go down your email server, then you may be able to compress them with any of the free file compression utilitities out there.. such as winzip or winrar.
just google them.. :)
