MEM type 1 mcb p/no 51QEB

Hello People
Do any of you know if I can obtain an equivalent mcb,The breaker in it are MEM type 1 mcbs part no is 51QEB. I need a 40A mcb for a shower The wholesalers say they are Obsolete.
Will another make fit?

Your wholesalers is correct however if you have two spare ways you can get a retro fit kit which will adapt so as to fit new mem

Been told the protus mcb are the same configuration don't how true that is?

The Fuse Company in Liverpool are a goldmine for obsolete MCB's. They have these breakers, not the cheapest option by far though.

Newey and eyre sell Eaton mcbs that are exactly the same. there expensive though.
