I am planning to use metasole fixings (renusol) on a metal roof. I am a little bit worried in terms of the earthing/bonding between the fixings and the metal roof because of the rubber membrane on the base of the clamps. The clamps are isolated from the roof, so different potential in case of a fault. Could anyone illuminate more in terms of the earthing/bonding? thanks.

is this not actually fixed via tec screws to the metal roof?

presuming this is the case, I'd love to see you achieve an isolated frame;)

does anyone know the answer to this post? I'm looking at getting solar for my roof using this system as recommended, and this question came up. The installer wasn't sure, and is looking into it but nothing back yet... can anyone help?

Metal Screws (make sure S/S Bimetal), on Metal Plate with an edpm 'washer' to a metal roof. Even if the edpm seal wasn't there, the roof is covered in plastic, so that's an irrelevance. In practical terms there are so many screws that they will bond the panel to the roof.
