If it is for a new connection , the engineer in charge of the job will have the information .
Don't forget to mention if it is to be run in containment .
 
The last 200A supply I installed was 95mm, the one before 185mm. Installation method? Containment type? Enclosed or in free air? Voltage drop? Load current? Ambient temperature? Power factor?

All things to take into account matey.
 
As Mr Skelton indicated. Otherwise (off the top of my head) if were talking short tails, say a couple of meters or so from meter to DB, probably 50 or 70mm will more than suffice. Oh and single tail cables, in free air without containment of any type, are insulated and sheathed, not ''Double'' insulated....
