Morning lads, I live in a flat within a block of 4 and as far as I can see there is only 1 meter box outside, the electrical company want me to take two readings (one morning and one night) after hitting me with a large bill. I questioned this as the bill was way too much and they said they sent someone out to read the meter and got a reading. So I opened the box outside and inside was a large metal box, which had inside it a large connector block, I presume to bring the mains into the flats and beside it was a sealed box which I thought was the meter but it had no reading clock or anything so how am I meant to get a reading? Any ideas??Thanks lads
