Metering advice needed

Just connected up some commando sockets for a company and they have just announce that they want them on a meter. These supplies are for single phase pumps and some kiosks ( retail I think). There are 3 63 amp three phase supplies and 3 six amp single phase supplies, I am thinking about CT's etc and a bloody great cabinet and the six circuits being disconnected and taken to new board with the meter before it. The client seems to think you can just put something "in line" before the commando outlet? I didnt think that would be possible on three phase supplies.
It's been over ten years since I have fitted a meter so any ideas or advice would be great

I asked a similar question c. 6 weeks ago and the general concensus was that a meter can be put in-line between the mcb/fuse and the outlet.

Obviously use a 3 phase meter for the 3 phase supplies!!

Could do . I was thinking along the lines of pieces of equipment to install. I guess each meter would need a neutral?with the 3 phase meter there's only one neutral connection. I suppose I get spoiled as I get issued 3 phase ones whether its single or 3.

Thanks all for the replies everyone, any idea of the best place to order some? Do you really only get one neutral connection or was that a wind up!!! How does that one work then?

Sorry mate , I meant one break in the cable . On a 3 phase meter (the ones we fit anyway!) there are 8 ports; L1 in/out, L2in/out, L3 in/out, N in/out. We get given XP sprint ones but our client sources them so can't help with supply. I'll have a look at the instructions to see if there are any importer/distributor details.
