Is there any way to measure just part of a CCU? As in only the lighting circuits?

I assume you mean check meters here.

Are you looking to meter the individual circuits? If so then you could use DIN rail meters in a suitable external box.

Otherwise I'd move the circuits to a second cu as a sub main and put a check meter in the supply to it.

From memory there are 7 lighting circuits, I would like to monitor the total usage of these.
Wylex do a meter that can monitor the usage of each phase, if I hadn't used a 3 phase cooker this would be perfect as everything else is single phase!

Yeh that’s my thinking. I have to supply the box so can order a bigger 3 phase option to give myself a bit more room
