Metrel Betapat plus problem

Hi guys, i have a betapat plus problem. I cannot recall saved tests once i get back to the office. It says that there are results there but when i do a search it just says0/200 results.
I can download to pc when the results are still on screen but as soon as save it and coe back i cannot recall. Please help..

I have a Metrel BetaPat Plus and find that I cannot download any test data if I have inadvertently set a wierd filter on the download screen.

Something you could check on your BetaPat Plus:

From the MAIN MENU

Select RECALL / DELETE / SEND RESULTS

If you want to download all the data ensure your fields are set as follows:

APPLIANCE: *
USER: *
TEST SITE: *
LOCATION: *
DATE: 01.01.2000 - 09.02.2012

If your date range is not set up to today, or you have accidentally typed something in one of the other search fields instead of an asterisk then when the search for data to be downloaded is done it will report 0 of 200 assets. (in your case).

(It is also possible to change the fields for filtering by using the TYPE button and then the Right Arrow Key next to the round Enter button, if you set two or more fields to the same item you also may encounter problems. However it is unlikely you have changed this.)
