Metrell eurotester

Hi not had this long was wondering if anyone has used it for earth loop test and had the the arrow pointing to ground come up.
Means voltage on earth apparently shows 1 volt on tester but wont test.
any ways round it as on a pir you dont want to be rectifying faults and doesnt look so good putting lim in

Is it Eurotest AT the model of your tester. If it is check your firmware! Current one is 2.96.
