could be 6 or 10

But where do I find out if it is 6 or 10? Is it on the breaker?

You'll find them either on the front, or on the side, in a rectangular box. I think sometimes they are written on the side without the box. In a TP&N board you'll find they'll be either 10kVa or 16kVa (or at least mine where, I had a mix of newer and older ones when I did it).

I thought it was a requirement of EN60898 for it to be clearly legible when the device is in situ.

There are times and situations where you can and are willing to help youngsters, Connor has done this work seemingly without taking note of what KA the cbs are, the KA is clearly written on the unit in question, come on Mate get a grip.
