Job is to install a spur of a RFC. Once installed I will issue minor works as should be done.

However, I was thinking, the r1+r2 value reading/test, is that from the spurred point or from the board?

Also another job I have is to replace some floor sockets that have been damaged. Sockets are on a RFC again however it looks like the feed comes out from mcb (single 4mm) into an rcd then 2x2.5 from the rcd load side. Would r1+r2 be from the board or the load side of rcd?

Thanks

your continuities are taken from the output side of the MCB/s to the furthest point of the circuit/s. in your 2nd case though, he RCD could affect the readings, so you could take it from the RCD output side.
