mock gola question

doing a bit of revision i come accross this question at college on our mock gola system:

Non Fused spurs can be used to supply:

A. one fixed appliance
B. one twin socket outlet
C. unlimited fixed appliances
D. Unlimited socket outlets


I put B, mock gola says A.
is this right? how can a fixed appliance be wired into a non fused spur, there will be no fuse to protect the appliance?
i thought it would be one double socket

thoughts?

I think the answer is B. You don't normally have a fuse when adding a single spur to a ring

The cable colours of the three phase and neutral system are:
