morning all been asked to move two sockets and disconnect circuits to old conseratory with feed to garage from junction box in conseratory.then when new conservatory built to rewire circuits. old rewireable fuses no rcd etc. customer has agreed for eic before any work is done has anyone got any thoughts on what to do with garage feed whilst circuits disconnected as 2 freezers are in there and cannot be moved. extend circuit to rcd temparay? before rewiring conseratory and extending garage circuit any thoughts much appreciated

Depends on what sort of time frame we are talking about here and all sorts.

For a temporary hook up in someones home I would be looking at telling them to buy an extension lead and plugging it into the nearest socket, you can even get RCD leads or a plug in RCD for the socket that is going to be used.

If though this is going to be months upon months job or there is just no place to plug into then you might need to run a temp supply from the CU to the garage
