Any body did one..!!

the company in Question owe me £100...!!

unfortunately i never gave them t&c to say if they pay late i will charge 8% so cant claim that OR CAN I??

what else do i add to the Amount part from Court fee £25.00,

all help will be excellent

Have you tried writing to them and giving them say 7 days to pay.
I did this a while back, and added 35 quid late payment charge to the bill. In the letter i also stated that if the bill remained unpaid after the 7 days then i would issue proceedings through the small claims court which would incur costs of the original amount owed, the late payment fee, court costs (check the latest cost). The bit that usually gets them to pay up is when you state that if you issue court proceedings it could have an affect on their credit rating. Businesses dont like this because usually any prospective supplier will check the insolvency service website and records before giving them credit, and if a CCJ shows up it will screw them and they wont get credit. The CCJ will only show up as a CCJ the amount is irrelevant, and even if they pay up the CCJ will only show as being satified but will show up against them for 6 years.

Cheers............Howard

PS The customer who i did this to is still a customer, and i get paid now within a few days, a week at most.;)

yeah i issued 1st, 2nd and final reminder to the company...

it expires on 14th July and my money claim is been raised on 15th... (actually its already raised i just not submitted yet)

Steve, my missus works for MoneyClaimOnline - in fact she troubleshoots problems and queries.
Her advice is if you have not yet submitted it, you can go back to your claim and amend the details. Use the back button (?)
You are allowed to charge reasonable interest retrospectively, so no problem there. At the top of the input page there is a tickbox asking if you want to claim interest. When you tick this it inserts a 6 line long paragraph in your claim details. You only have 24 lines total, this may take out some of your particulars if you originally used all 24 lines so make sure you preview the whole claim before submitting it. You will also be asked the amount of interest. Note that this is the amount of money per day, not the percentage. The website says interest but it actually wants the pennies - this is a bug in the website. Your interest on £100 is £0,02 per day on £100 (£100 * 0.08 / 365 = £0.02) so enter 0.02 here. Note that this 2p per day will only accrue from the date of your claim, so you need to change the amount of your claim to include 2p per day interest up until the date of submission of the claim. Further advice is to read the preview of your claim carefully - particularly as the interest tickbox inserts a standard paragraph.
Good luck
