This has been around for a while, how many roofs do you come across that dont have at least one of the following below it:

1. a manicured lawn

2. flowerbeds

3. uneven ground

4. no no access for a trailer


Most have all four from my experience, and customers are pretty sensitive about their flowerbeds!

also the SWL is only 250 kgs 2 men tools panel = ????
they are great for shop work warehouses ect but residentual Id worry about the things mentioned not much use on anything to far off the level tho
