Mono versus Poly

Ok, this may of been asked before

Is there much, if any difference between Mono and Poly panels these days?
We have a couple of customers who are asking for a quote using Mono panels and another quote using Poly panels so that they can compare!!!

Now theres some bigger Mono wattages about I see little point in using poly panels. I haven't done a direct comparison mind.

Am I right in saying Mono panels will degrade less over time aswell?

As far as I'm aware, the main factors in deciding poly vs mono are down to available roof space and cost.

Poly is better in diffused light i.e. Britain, AFAIK
