I've just read the sticky on website design and although it's closed I thought it may be useful to mention Joel, the guy I use. If you want a personal service from a very knowledgable techie I can recommend him. You can get estimates upfront and pay on account, then he will deduct the time he spends from your credit. Most jobs he has done for me only take him 10 minutes. He is also great for free advice. Probably worth a try for anyone starting up a website or a blog, or if you have any tech probs.
