hi guys,
when i join a scheme (nic,nappit etc) and employee someone is it down to my discression on weather they can sign of test certs?

That rediculous sytem, ( in the domestic market) of a qualifying supervisor signing off their employees installation work is operated mainly by the Niceic
Individual competence is required by the others for any employees who are also assessed

Napit insists that all people who "sign off" work are qualified and registered - Far better way IMHO
