Please can someone check my calculations for motor design and let me know if i have overlooked anything much appreciated
C/B 1 3p + N Schnider electric C120h / d80 / 400v / 6000 Max Zs 0.14 Ω measured Zs 0.05 approx 60 mtrs Swa 5 core
Ib = 37000 / 0.87x 0.92 x415x√3 = 66.57 ( frequent starting x 1.4 No ) ( mcb & thermal protection already chosen 80 )
In = 80 max zs 0.14 ( select correction factors yes ) o.9
It= 80/0.9 = 88 (cable already chosen 35mm )
Vd = 0.81 x 60 x 88 / 1000 = 4.27 v x √ = 7.4v passed
Evaluation of shock risk
60 x 0.774 x 1.2 / 1000 = 0.055 + o.o5 = 0.105Ω rule of thumb 0.14 x 0.8 = 0.112 Ω passed
Evaluation thermal risk to conductors
If = 400 / 0.105 = 3809 amps
