Any ideas the ideal fuse protection to use on a 24 volt coil supply, control system.problem with fuse blowing,no fault on control system.

Stop my fuse blowing we have a Voltage and a control for a coil .... limited info so give us all the details ..

Coil inrush?
Is the fuse on the 24v side or the supply to the TX?
Is the coil faulty?
Anything else on this 24v supply?
Fuse rating size and characteristics ....I.E. Anti surge etc .........

I managed to blow this on DC, there's plenty of scope for him yet.

How in the name of god can anyone give an answer to a question with no substance?

Talking of substance, I feel in need of some right now.

You only need to switch the lines and the contactor is rated per pole so for example a 16A four pole contactor would be fine.
