Your existing indicators will each have a positive and a negative wire, you need to use a multimeter set on DCV to figure out which is +ve and which is -ve. (Sometimes the -ve may be picked up by a wire connected to the frame of the bike.)

Your existing stop light will probably be a combined stop and tail light. It will probably have a -ve wire that is common between both the stop and tail lamps and there should be 2 +ve wires one for stop and one for tail. Again you need to identify these wires with a multimeter and maybe mark them with masking tape.

Once you've done this it should be fairly easy to connect the correct wire from the bike to the correct wire on the new light cluster.

It's also worth noting that the electrical colour conventions such Gn/Ye for earth don't apply to vehicles, it's quite possible you'll find green or green/yellow wires that are 12v positive supplies.

There must be two wires to connect to the indicators, so do you mean there are two brown wires? Anyhow, you just need to connect the one on the unit for the left indicator to the feed to the left indicator on the bike, and vice versa.

When it says "Connect to the number plate light": if your existing rear tail light comes on at the the same time as your existing number plate light, then you could connect the green, black and red wires on the new unit to the three wires going to your 'stop' light - you just need to work out which one has 12V on it when you put your lights on (wire that one to the green) and which has 12V when you brake (wire that to red), and which is the other one (neutral - wire that to black). Then wire indicators in the right way round and job done.
