Hey all.

Has anyone experience mounting a 42 or 50" tv on cob wall?

I've heard of putting threaded rod through the wall and bolting the other side or using resin but not sure whether it's a good idea.

The property is almost 200 years old so fixings may be an issue.

Cheers

My first thought when I read that the property is 200yrs old was "Is it listed", if so you need special permissions to even change the shade of colour on the walls. I believe the local council will have a list of listed buildings and also a list of reputable specialists who are allowed to work on such buildings.
