Moving to Spain

Fed up with this country miserable weather,damn all work and bad money.
Came up with the idea of moving to Spain or Canaries renting a bar or something like that.
Anyone any knowledge of this or any ideas about it.

My mate's old girl is in Denia at the moment for a year, she wants the kids to learn Spanish.
Great place, extremely cheap beer, cheap smokes, generally good place. Went for a week and had a great time.
No idea what the work situation is like though. It's looking like Spain is next on list of Euro bankruptcy as well. Strange as it may seem, you're probably better off staying here!

I hear Australia is paying good money for tradesmen, got a friend doing general labouring work for £50k+ in Darwin. Also another mate is in Brisbane as a spark and is getting over £2000 a week in general electrical work! They're working 6 days but who wouldn't for that? Even in the mines they're getting payed silly money
