Can someone clear this up for me?

Is the MPAN number specific to the installation. i.e. if the name on the leccy bill changes or the occupier of the property changes does the MPAN number stay the same or is a new one issued?

METER POINT ADMIN NUMBER!!!

issued to property and will stay same even if meter is changed!! it is linked to the meter serial number!!

will only possibly change if supply is removed and new one installed!!! but 9/10 it stays the same!

Steve, I think your posts would carry more gravity if you were to use more exclamation marks, 12 is just not good enough here! ;)
