Made a little progress, decided to add battery backup.
This is just to get it up and running initially.

Yes gsm as in the cellular network, so it will send a text message or call a number when a fault is detected.

Got rid of mains relays and used 5v ones. Sorted out a little charging circuit and change over for the battery.
