enough was enough
i had been between 15 and a half and 16 stone for the last 8 yrs so thought i should sort it out
here are the dates and weights so far [ElectriciansForums.net] my diet

aiming for about 12 1/2 to 13 stone and see how i feel the books say for my height (5 10) i should be no more than 12 1/2 but we'll see:)

I have to do something im about 12st but my gut is about 12745974 st dam dam you gut ! i need to do some fit stuf.

LOL believe it or not i have 3 push bikes 1 cheap mountain bike 1 exp saracen mountain bike and a ralley racing bike !
Better get them out i guess !
 
Well that is a damn good start there mate. Think many of us are int he same boat with needin to loose a bit. I'm 6' 2" and weigh 16 n half stone. Hate it. What you been doing to loose so much so quick. Tell us your secrets.....
 
back to basics i was eating really badly crisps choc take a ways.
now i just count calories 1900 a day. mon -fri this is cereal at 10 oclock break, riveta with tuna or philidelphia light with french fries or snack a jacks at 1, and a sensible evening meal not too late.
saturday nights off and back on it sundays
wife has also lost 15lb in same time
 
Nowt wrong wi bein between 15 - 16 stone mate.;) it helps if your 6'3 I think, although the BMI thingy says I am overweight.

I gots me a wii fit board thingy an all, bags of fun.:D:D:D
