Hello,
In my kitchen, I make multiple sockets that are controlled by one MCB. For some weeks, I don't know why the MCB used to trip and I used to turn it back ON. One day the MCB didn't go to the off position but all those sockets stopped working.
I pressed the test button on the particular MCB but the MCB didn't go to the middle(tripped) position.

The sockets are gfci and cafci enabled.
How do I troubleshoot this issue?
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks
Sulav

If you've had a tripping fault for a while then there's a high possibility there's a fault on the circuit which needs to be found and corrected. Unless you have a range of electrical test equipment and some good experience this isn't something you'd be able to do yourself. I'd suggest calling an electrician would be the way to go in this particular case.

After you reset your breaker which sounds like a lot they will wear out. You need to hire an electrician to see what’s causing it to trip
