Name the Rule

What is the name of the rule that applies when the room with the greatest number of lazy cats reside and the oak floors have [literally] a large puddle of cat pee in each corner gently draining through the cracks into the void below and the cables beneath the pee soaked boards are the cables in the house that the rats have chewed through?

I'm going to love lifting those boards later this week.....

Did a house like this a while ago, they where peeing in a corner where the cables came up in trunking, it was running all the way down two floors, into cu and tripping rcd.
I'd rewired the house, not just because of this and my hands stunk for ages after, wear gloves I certainly will if I have to do anything like this again.

Sub it? Nooo way! The house is big and needs a fair bit of electrical work doing to it one way and another. I passed muster and got the "tester" jobs out of the way so this one, cat pee and all is the start of the money.

It is a lashed up radial circuit that given that some of the back boxes have an in and out cable and others have a single cable; most of the cable is 4mm but some is 2.5!! suggests that there is a distinct possibility of JBs and I am wondering if there's going to be a little pot of pee every now and again too. There are definately rat problems given the lousy IR and that the house is very rural.

Flea spray and some vic's may come in handy as well, oh and a change of clothes for when you have finished!
