hello guys
i have just joined today

i am quoting on a rewire of 60% of a theatre building, its only a small palce but alot of electrics
i am just getting a bit confused about the main bonding of the service supplys like gas, water etc

the building is supplyed with a 3 phase 200A supply witch is located one end of the building

the main water is about 38m away
the gas is 50m away
main boilers are 30m away

what sort of size would the earth cable need to be?

the fly tower has a steel frame long with steel beams holding the roof up, these also have electrical stage lighting bars hanging from them, do each of thses need bonding if so what sort of size?

any advice is most wantedbut will only take as a gidance and not gosbal! lol

thanks

chris

Surely it depends on the earthing arrangement of the supply and the csa of the neutral conductor(?) - you need to be looking at chr 54 of the regs book.
