hello im new to this site and to being an electrician

i have completed my 17th edition wiring


my 2392 inspection and testing city and guilds


and my City & Guilds Level 3 VRQ Part P course

and im wondering if this will allow me to work self employed as an electrician in domestic situations in Scotland

could some please help thanks very very much
