The power of my system is 3.5kw using Sanyo 210 watt solar panels of quantity 20. Currently, it gives 25kw/hr and according to my knowledge rated system kW x hrs/day x 70% = kwH/day, and my system produce 30 kWH/day. So what should I do to get more production, the angle of my panel is 28 degrees and should I increase the loss percentage of my panel.

looking forward for your responses..

Thanks

C&G suggest on average year a 1Kwp system will give 750 Watts, Sap 2005 suggest 1 Kwp gives 800 watts, and sap2009 give 850watts.

this is averaged throughout the uk year and i believe is very conservative.

Lets take Sap 2005 ( as MCS Docs say use this) 3.5kwp x 800 = 2800 Kwh / Year
Their's a bit more to it than that depending on inclination and azimuth but on average this suggests 7.8Kwh / Day.

but you have to remember this will be more in the summer and less in the winter, its an average.

you will not get 30kwh/day from a 3.5kwp system. and i dont think you are getting 25kw per hour..

depends on your inverter as well! 20kWh per day in summer months sounds more realistic. what does the array peak at in a day?

Thanks vMan for your suggestion...but actually it has happen with my solar panel that's why i am here. So, please can you suggest me more effective process to generate more power and that cost me less.

25kw per hour!!! no chance! a system designed at 3.5kw means it has a peak power of 3.5kwh each hour.
so for producing 25kw in an hour umn? 2.5kw peak sounds more like it. if not i will buy a system off you! haha

I think that would be much better..... Huhh ha ha

I have 3.92 fitted, and the best I have had is 24.5kW in a day and currently averaging 17.5kW per day over the last 2 months.

Slightly off topic but having spotted the reply above thought I would add...

Interesting generation numbers as they are more or less identical to mine.
3.99kW Schuco in last 2 months best 24.5kW and running average 17.6kW
Roof is SE and location Peterborough Cambs
Which panel setup do you have?

3.92 - Sharp 245's, SMA 4000TL on a south east roof in the far north west of Wales
