Mmmm,how about UPVC welding and cutting gear (window fab) with clamps,cutters and routers actuated with a mixture of AC and DC solenoids over air,and next door,a plant workshop with hydraulic ramps,a 50 tonne press and a parker 10000psi Parker portapower for crimping hydraulic fittings and cutting 32mm wire cable? There,i've talked about it,whats next?

Well if it's due in this week, the OP's been sitting on it for several weeks at least :sleep1:We used to get at least 3-4 weeks for an assignment FFS

How many years have you got for me to explain hydraulic control systems?

Before I retired I spent 15 years on a plant that was almost all hydraulic powered. 2400HP of pumps feeding in to a common 150bar header main.
It took me years to get my head around the subject.

So where do we start?
