Want to know if I can add two 50 amp breakers to my 100 amp service panel that already has 2 x 15, 8 x 20 amp, 1 x 30dp amp, and 1 x 60dp amp breakers

Have you tried to put an amp probe to see how much current your house is pulling with stove, Dryer, and water heater on with heat also on. That would pretty well be at full load
