Neets

Just wondering if we had any younger members on here that are deemed neet? If you are you will know what I mean and for anyone else who has not come across the term it is anyone (Not in Education Employment or Training)

I will be upfront for the reasons of me asking. 1 I am doing research into NEETS for my dissertation and number 2 is that I am going to be working with Neets as a mentor. If you would like any advice help or any mentoring please drop me a pm and I will see what I can do for you.

Good luck Phil, i have had to try and train some Neets. With the odd exception it was a total waste of time, complete lack of interest, cant be arsed getting up in a morning, no ambition, more than happy to stay in bed all day, ---- it off and sponge off mum, dad and the state, and to quote one lad "This is a proper waste of effing time, i can make more in a day selling puff, than a effing electrician can earn in a week". Obviously a total loser, who doesnt realise that drug dealing is not a secure long term career choice.

I dont want to tar all Neets with the same brush, just 99% of them, there are actually a small handful who do genuinely want a future and a trade that doesnt have the added attraction of being shot by a drugs lord or doing time, and i have met one.
