neff oven

anybody any idea why an Neff oven would be tripping an rcd after about 2-5 mins of starting to heat up, i took apart and done insulation resistance test and all fine but cant do test while cooker on, it reminds me of a problem with car which wont show itself when mechanic is there

It could be a problem with one of the elements , Disconnect elements in sequence, I think the oven has two .

The element is developing an earth fault when it gets hot. A common problem with heating elements.
