Can a neutral on a earth bar cause an electric shock and be classed as a danager to life

Just imagine if the main earth became disconected, everything that has been bonded , rads, pipes,Taps, sinks, metalwork could be at mains potential with no rcd to protect you ( a bit (LOT) dangerous me thinks)
why would you want to connect a N to the earth bar?

Its on a building site temp electrics for flood lighting contactor was put in earth bar by mistake in a temp mains board

Simple answer is Yes it is dangerous to life as per above post.

simply yes - neutral is only neutral due to 3 phase.

Plus, if it isnt, temporary supplies MUST be TT.

How can you mistake a neutral for an earth is the question that needs to be raised!!
