New Boiler?

I was asked to do a small job in a flat just renovated to be let out,new boiler had just been installed in the bathroom .The whole job looked shocking boiler being fed from fused spur in ajoining bedroom,walked out shaking my head muttering that i did'nt believe it and whoever did it want certifiying themselves,the client was unwilling to enlighten me as to who it was, and no cert's either gas or electrical.

Too right! and the most scary thing is that the letting agents said it was ok provided they boxed the pipes in so that no one got burnt from the hot pipes !
