I have 3 new builds to do in September - I am fine with quoting the price and everything but I dont have a clue on how long to allow on each.
I cant aford to under guess on these as I have 3 of them to do in 1 month - dont know if its possible. - I will have a mate on the job with me.

I have:
2 x 2 beds (2 up 2 down - 2 floors) - same customer
1 x 5 bed (3 floors)

Any ideas on how long I should allow for each?

if it's new build and you can plough on without being held up by other contractors etc., you can only estimate the time it will take actually working, but not the time scale start to finish. i would say for 2 sparks, 4/5 days is about right, but you may have several days between 1st and 2nd fix. ( dependant on other trades)

Many Thanks telectrix, thats great.

That means I can do the other 2 bed property in the gap.

There is one company doing everything but electrics and Im doing Electrics and Windows on both (2 bed)

With the 5 bed again a new build - at the moment I am just doing Electrics but maybe the windows as well. (Yes going FENSA Registered)

Also has anyone got any contracts they could send me stating what is going to be done, rates of pay, when payment is due, etc, etc, etc
