New Build

Hi folks, I need some advice on getting a new build connected by the supplier.
I need to know the order of things,and at what point to contact them to come and connect.
I'm just about to start the 1st fix, there is a cut out in the external box but no meter.
What happens next?

From experience in my area, they'll want to see a copy of the "dead" test results before they'll install the meter and connect you up, so end of 2nd fix really.

You could contact them about installing a temp supply.

Trouble is, it could still be a few weeks for them to get to do it.

Give them a call and they will come round and advise you accordingly.
