New build

Hi all

Got to price for a new build bloke of 3 flats. irst time I have quoted a new build so was thinking three days first fix and two days secound fix does this sound about right?

The flats are two bedroom with three sockets in each room and centre light just basics really nothing fancy. I was thinking three weeks in total first and secound fix with two of us. Done new builds when on the books but not on my own so would be greatfull for any replys.

Anything else to go in? Fire alarm? Data? Ventilation units? Supply from plant swa or concentrics??

You should have a drawing or design spec,
you can price it off that

No just smoke alarms tv point in bedrooms and living room, basic really nothing fancy. I was thinking one week first and second fix? Do u think that's about right.

Shud be able to do two a week with ease 1st fix all three flats first week then fall back an 2nd fix

We worked as a team of two on student apartments 3beds & ensuites.& 1 kitchen.

We didn't chop boxes in as dry liners were doing them.

We 1st fixed 3 a day.......2nd fix & test took just over a day per apartment
