New Career Path, help needed!

Hi,

I'm a 20 year old electrician from Norfolk. Only finished AM2 and my Advanced Apprenticeship january this year. Due to the econmical uncertainty in the industry I have been struggling to find a job
( Made redundant from a large commercial firm in september )

I have been aware of the Installation Electrician position the Royal Engineers offer. I have always been interested in the forces, and it would provide a huge ammount of stability in these dark times..
However my career dream is to someday, own a Domestic/commercial company..

My mind is in pieces trying to decide on whether to sign up, or wait for a job..

I could use some guidance, opinions or advice!
