Quick question installing new circuit to a plastic cu, do I need to upgrade it to a metal board?

that sounds like the red wine bottle has been bottomed.

Not allowed that particular brand of pain killers until about 14:30, or to put it truthfully she's on the phone to her twin Sister and is oblivious to anything else that's going on so another hour and its going to be Cotes time.
 
my better half camehome around 10pm last nite, only to find that her mate had left her mobile on the plane. they've had to trip back to LPL this am to get it. silly moo.
