How much would it cost (roughly) for a new consumer unit (in central London). There are 6 existing circuits.

Thanks,

Hi Goody,

It is in central London (near St pauls) but there is visitor parking at the building.

Are you interested in the job? When could you do it?

Thanks,
Hi John1948,

It’s nice of you offering me the work but as I said £280 is only the starting price and I haven’t even looked at the condition of the existing cabling and installation. Sometimes one has to deal with gremlins during consumer unit changes and end up spending more time fixing the faults.

In fact Murdoch’s quote sounds realistic and further more I am booked for the next two weeks, hence wouldn’t be able to do it. Thanks for the offer, anyway.

Cheers!

Perhaps Murdoch can do it?
