I'm looking at getting a new composite front door and a double glazed fan light above. Basic accessories, door knocker, spy hole etc.
Anyone got any idea what I should be paying to get something decent fitted?

I paid £475 for mine and gave my mate £150 for fitting it. Most prices I see supply and fit range from about £650-£1000.

You said decent! Well try 'Rock Doors',go for the ultimate series, it's not the cheapest but probably the best composite door you can buy, carbon fibre door frames, internal steel mesh for extra security etc, etc, etc. We paid £1300 for a plain white for the back door and 12 months later we had the front done (blue outer and white inner) for £1500.
Just a word of warning, if you don't really need the spy hole then do not have one fitted as they condensate like nobody's business on the inside making them completely useless to use in winter.
