I have installed a 4mm t+e cable from my house to my garage, i have a spare way in my house cu. In my garage I have a 4 way Metal enclosure. I am planning on putting in one lighting circuit and two double sockets into the garage. Can someone recommend to me what breakers\ rcd's I should install throughout?

4mm usually would be ok on a 32amp MCB/RCBO depending on installation method and length of run. Then the lights in the garage I would put on a 6amp MCB and souckets on a 16amp radial

This is rather a basic question, which anyone with the competance to carry out the installation should know the answer to.....Not intended as anything other than friendly advise,but are you sure you can carry out this work safely?
