New gfci circuit

Installing exterior outlet running off new 20 amp gfci breaker. I have a good understanding of the outdoor section of the circuit as well as installing new breaker. My plan is the cable will be in conduit buried and the conduit will come up exterior wall near indoor panel. Then with line box enter house. From here I will enter the panel from below and connect to breaker. My question is do I need to do anything to the cable once it enters the house prior to entering the sub panel, like securing it to stud?

Yes you need to secure it within 12 inches of the panel and the wire needs to be approved for wet locations and direct burial
